Exchange and refund policy

 What are the conditions for exchange and return?

 

 The customer can retrieve purchases within only one day from the date of purchase, due to the nature of the offered products, and the retrieval is provided that the returned goods are in their original condition when purchased and unused and their outer box is in its original condition and with its packaging in the same condition upon receipt.

 

 When do we not accept product returns?

 Unfortunately, you cannot return the following products:

   Products not packaged in their original packaging, products that have lost the original labels or serial numbers, and lost or used accessories.

 

 The return policy is within one day only from the date of receipt.

 Please note that the following conditions must be met in order to successfully return the products:

       The product is only returned within a day from the date of receipt if there is a manufacturing defect.

     The product must be in the original box with the original tag and stickers

      The product must be unused and the seal must be tight.

 We are not responsible for the value of shipping to or from the customer.

 

 

 Can I get a full refund?

 

 If the product is returned due to a manufacturing defect, the customer will not be charged any shipping charges or bank transfer fees.

 In the event that the product is returned for other reasons (i.e., the customer needs to return the product without a convincing reason to us as a seller), the customer will have to pay shipping fees or bank transfer fees (50 riyals or more) after making sure that the product is in its original condition and has not exceeded 24 hours since the time of receipt.  ..
